**Job Title:** Skin Health Assistant Scientist

Randstad Italia is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Skin Health Assistant Scientist to join our team in the R&D department.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage development briefs with external partners and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
• Coordinate the preparation of samples, including necessary documents and shipment logistics for GxP studies and trade samples.
• Monitor fragrance rework projects in collaboration with business partners and the R&D team, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Prepare and complete dossiers for batch release, working closely with Quality and Compliance (Q&C) to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: University or higher degree.
• Language Skills: Advanced English (read, write and speak), minimum C1 level.
• Ability to work independently, organize tasks efficiently, and manage communication flow for multiple initiatives.
• Strong ability to monitor timelines, identify and escalate risks, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Desired Qualification:

Previous experience in laboratory, formula development and/or project management will be a valuable asset.
