We are seeking a highly skilled Plant EHS Coordinator to join our team at Angelini Pharma. This role is responsible for defining and implementing the EHS Management System, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement EHS strategies and programs for the site.
  • Implement the EHS System management, measuring and optimizing EHS operations.
  • Conduct internal audits and participate in third-party audits to ensure compliance.
  • Manage corrective and preventive actions to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Assess and report on EHS risks and potential issues, monitoring KPIs and performances.
  • Lead projects assigned during the different phases, monitoring execution across the relevant area.
  • Participate in supplier management and qualification phases, providing recommendations and suggestions.
  • Liaise with business functions, promoting EHS cultural transformation and facilitating information flow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environment, Engineering, or Chemical.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the role.
  • Conversant with Safety, Health, and Environmental Regulations on a site.
  • RSPP Certification.
  • Knowledge of laws and international norms related to Environment Health & Safety.
  • High interpersonal and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage daily difficulties and timeline.
