We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Guest Environment Expert to join our team at The Westin Excelsior Florence. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our hotel.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas
- Deliver exceptional guest service and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
