About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Engineer to join our team at STMicroelectronics. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for the development and validation of high-volume mixed signal devices for the printer and data storage market segments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the design team to define and implement DFT/DFM solutions to achieve optimal test coverage.
  2. Develop and validate HW/SW test solutions for Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), ensuring maximum test efficiency.
  3. Characterize devices with ATE, analyze test results, and report on device maturity.
  4. Lead product industrialization efforts, transferring ATE test solutions to mass production test sites and driving yield improvement and test program optimization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering.
  • Experience in C/C++ programming and instrumentation usage (oscilloscopes, DVM, etc).
  • Passion for innovation and technical problem-solving.
  • Intermediate English knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in silicon debug and characterization on mixed signal devices.
  • ATE knowledge.
  • Ability to travel abroad.
