We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide general administrative support to our adjusting teams across EMEA. This role is based in our Rome office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed records.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Provide administrative support to the adjusting teams, including data entry and invoicing.
  • Respond to a high volume of daily emails and client inquiries.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and document management.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
