We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team at Grünenthal. As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for leading continuous improvement activities in a specific section of the site, monitoring Grunenthal's Business system (GOBS) progress, and participating in site improvement assessments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead continuous improvement activities in a specific section of the site, including the development and implementation of improvement plans.
- Monitor Grunenthal's Business system (GOBS) progress and participate in site improvement assessments.
- Drive change management in the assigned area by training and follow-up on Lean/Six Sigma and TPM concepts.
- Support upper management in KPIs monitoring and decision-taking.
- Share good manufacturing and best demonstrated practices.
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, chemistry, etc.).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. Pharma, Cosmetics, Food, etc.).
- First experiences driving OPEXc transformations, Lean & Six Sigma Projects, and TPM deployment.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint and in the use of mini-tab tools.
- Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
