Adecco Italia is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our beverage operations and team in a fast-paced, fine dining restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and administer all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency.
- Coach and develop less experienced staff, promoting knowledge sharing and team growth.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive sales and revenue growth through effective beverage menu management and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining or high-class restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, but not required.
