About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Office Director to join our team at Novo Nordisk Pharma. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in leading and managing complex projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver multiple complex projects at a large expansion site, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to project leaders and project managers, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine resource needs and requirements for projects.
  • Develop resource allocation plans to ensure optimal utilization of resources and monitor resource availability and workloads.
  • Establish and enforce project governance frameworks and standards, conducting project audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with project management guidelines.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics related to project governance and project controls.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, including at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience with CAPEX expansion projects is a must.
  • Experience managing projects within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Fluency in English.
