Job Description

  • Coordinate project management activities between local teams and HQ in Korea.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and comprehensive updates on project progress.
  • Translate project documents, reports, and communications from Italian to Korean and vice versa.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Reporting and Documentation:
    Prepare and deliver regular projects reports, status updates, and presentations to HQ in Korea.
  • Communication:
    Act as the primary liaison between the local Project Management team in Italy and HQ in Korea.
  • Project Coordination:
    Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Review project outputs to ensure they meet quality standards required by HQ.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Italian, Korean, and English.

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
