About the Role

Ferrari is a leading international team in the high-performance sports car industry, renowned for its exceptional track record and innovative approach. We are seeking an experienced Indirect Buyer to join our Purchasing Team in Maranello, Italy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier contracts, orders, and services tenders to ensure seamless procurement processes.
• Negotiate and review technical specifications to optimize sourcing strategies.
• Develop and present sourcing recommendations to obtain approval from senior stakeholders.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve disputes and manage claims.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop new commodity strategies to enhance the company's competitiveness.

Requirements

• Excellent academic background in Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in procurement, with a strong understanding of supplier cost drivers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluent English language skills.
