About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Collection Specialist to join our Finance & Administration function within the Group Credit Management Team at TeamSystem Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our company receives all necessary payments from debtors, monitoring accounts payable statements, and contacting customers to notify them of overdue payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and identify overdue accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to collect overdue payments, including negotiation and communication with customers.
  • Utilize credit bureau data, post office information, and other tools to locate customers who have moved or changed contact details.
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts, attempted contacts, and payments collected from delinquent account customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues related to billing and payment.
  • Provide regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and repayment progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in credit and collection management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of credit and collection principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
