At a&o Hostels, we're seeking a skilled Barkeeper to join our team at the a&o Hostel Venice Mestre. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for managing our lobby bar and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lobby bar, including preparation of drinks and basic cocktails
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, tables, and exteriors
  • Prepare toast, sandwiches, beers, and spritzes for our guests
  • Work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in tourism or customer-facing roles is preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English languages
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Motivated, dynamic, and flexible individual
