**Job Title:** Human Resource Generalist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Generalist to join our team at The Loveland Center, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a multifaceted HR professional to manage various aspects of the employee lifecycle.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Recruitment and Hiring: Develop job postings, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and oversee the hiring process.
  • Onboarding: Welcome new employees, provide necessary orientation paperwork, set up new employees in payroll systems, and ensure completion of mandatory training within the first 5 days of hire.
  • Employee Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and HSA accounts.
  • Performance Management: Ensure managers receive annual evaluation packets and that all employees submit evaluations on time for review prior to signature.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and investigate complaints.
  • Policy Enforcement: Update policies and job descriptions as needed, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training, and facilitate employee development.
  • Compliance Management: Stay updated on annual compliance documents and posters, distribute labor posters, and ensure implementation of labor laws.

**Requirements:**

  • Preferred associate's degree and one year of verifiable experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of employment laws.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, attend job fairs, and work flexible hours.
