Il Senior Battery Engineer supporterà il team del nuovo laboratorio in Italia, recentemente inaugurato, dedicato alle batterie e ai flussi energetici.

Cosa farai:

  • Valuterai, selezionerai e applicherai tecniche, procedure e criteri ingegneristici standard per il test e la valutazione delle batterie al litio, svolgendo personalmente o tramite ingegneri e tecnici le seguenti mansioni:
    • Pianifica e formula piani di test con l'aiuto del Operations Manager e organizza il personale in base ai requisiti del progetto.
    • Esamina il piano di progetto per verificarne la conformità ai principi ingegneristici, ai requisiti contrattuali del cliente e alle relative specifiche.
    • Esegui e coordina le attività relative agli sviluppi tecnici, alla programmazione e alla risoluzione dei programmi di progettazione e collaudo.
    • Integra direttamente le attività tecniche.
    • Valuta e approva le procedure di test del progetto e i risultati dei test in base alle specifiche.
    • Prepara e firma relazioni tecniche intermedie e complete.
    • Partecipa attivamente alle iniziative di CI (miglioramento continuo) ed è un campione della qualità totale.
    • Coordina le attività di test e condurre personalmente i test quando necessario.

Obiettivi:

  • Assicurare l'esecuzione dei test secondo le procedure applicabili.
  • Assicurare la registrazione accurata e corretta dei risultati dei test.
  • Assicurare che i progetti assegnati rispettino le scadenze previste e siano condotti con competenza secondo lo stato dell'arte.
  • Fare da mentore ai membri più giovani del team.
  • Migliorare i processi esistenti, compresi quelli relativi alla sicurezza.

Requisiti:

  • Conoscenza approfondita dei sistemi di accumulo di energia (ESS), con un orientamento tecnico verso tecnologie all'avanguardia come Li-on, Li-S e Solid State.
  • Buone conoscenze di metrologia, compresa la gestione di strumenti di laboratorio come oscilloscopi, misuratori di resistenza, impedenziometri, ecc.
  • Buone competenze in materia di sicurezza elettrica, in particolare per i sistemi automobilistici in corrente continua ad alta tensione (> 60 V) e i relativi rischi.
  • Adeguata conoscenza dei DPI (Dispositivi di Protezione Individuale) e dei RA (Valutazione/Analisi dei Rischi) relativi ai sistemi automotive HV DC.
  • Laurea in ingegneria o titolo universitario equivalente, con buone capacità analitiche e organizzative.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (requisito minimo di livello B2).
  • 4+ anni di esperienza in ambito ESS.
  • Mentalità flessibile, team player, approccio al miglioramento continuo e forte desiderio di lasciare il proprio segno in un ambiente di start-up.
