Drive Innovation and Shape the Future of Artificial Intelligence

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our efforts in Generative AI and Decision AI. As a Principal Engineer Artificial Intelligence, you will be responsible for orchestrating specific frameworks and strategies for these cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise applied-AI projects on industry best approaches and outside-in perspectives to achieve applied-AI value at scale
  • Guide applied-AI projects as technical lead and collaborate to achieve concept definition and proof of concept
  • Establish an external network of industry experts and evaluate partnerships to drive the evaluation of Infineon's setup
  • Design applied-AI building blocks for reuse and support the introduction of applied-AI pilots
  • Support and facilitate internal mentorship and coaching of applied-AI experts

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in the field of Data and AI, within the manufacturing / R&D environment and Generative AI applications
  • Outstanding knowledge and experience in Data Science and MLOps in the fields of ML/DL, Generative AI
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German to communicate effectively across roles and functions
