We are looking for a highly skilled HR Process Specialist to support the effective operation and improvement of our HR processes. This role requires strong collaboration skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of HR principles and practices, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed recommendations. A strong background in compensation, benefits, and employee relations is essential, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • SUPPORTS THE EFFECTIVE OPERATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF ONE OR MORE HR PROCESSES.
  • COLLABORATES WITH STAKEHOLDERS TO CREATE TOOLS AND RESOURCES.
  • EXECUTES PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS TO SUPPORT HR SERVICE DELIVERY.
  • DEVELOPS SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTISE IN COMPENSATION, BENEFITS, AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer

Halliburton offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth and development. We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
