Job Summary

The Condé Nast Commercial Creative team is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Creative Producer Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will support the development of video and photo productions, working closely with our Creative Producers to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the entire cycle of photo and video production, from pre-sale to post-production, both in the back office and on set.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within the CNCC and external teams to ensure efficient communication and project delivery.
  • Assist in creating documents related to each production, including pre-sale pitches, deep dives, and call sheets.
  • Monitor costs and update the production budget file to ensure accurate financial tracking.
  • Oversee the supplier onboarding process to ensure timely and effective collaboration.
  • Monitor the progress of ongoing productions to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.

Requirements

  • Professional working fluency in Italian and English languages, written and spoken.
  • Excellent knowledge of Condé Nast brands and their tone of voice, particularly in the digital environment.
  • Previous experience or passion for photo and video productions is highly valued.
  • Strong proficiency in the Google Workspace suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
  • Creative mindset and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
