Front Desk Service Ambassador

Castel Fragsburg is a 5-star hotel with only 20 suites, offering an exclusive and intimate experience for guests. As a Front Desk Service Ambassador, you will be part of a small team of motivated and warm-hearted employees who are dedicated to providing exceptional service.

We offer a competitive salary of €1,200-€1,800 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. This includes free accommodation in a single room and board.

As a Front Desk Service Ambassador, your primary responsibility will be to support the service team in managing the front-of-house operations. This includes greeting customers, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining order. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have good knowledge of English and German. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Additionally, you should be flexible, positive, and open to learning.
