About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Storeroom Clerk to join our Purchasing team. As a key member of our supply chain, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of goods, as well as maintaining a high level of business integrity in dealings with vendors and delivery personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify the accuracy of incoming goods against delivery orders, invoices, and purchase records
• Issue, store, price, and rotate all incoming goods, maintaining a balanced inventory in accordance with business needs
• Update daily receiving records in the Purchasing/Inventory system and generate a Daily Receiving report
• Ensure all goods received are delivered to the correct storage place/holding area

Requirements:

• At least one year of receiving experience
• High level of integrity and transparency
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Keen eye for detail and ability to multitask

Schedule & Hours:

This position is based at Four Seasons Hotel Milano, and we will offer a fixed-term contract. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
