Customer Service Hub Support Specialist

At Momentive, we are seeking a highly motivated CS Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic international environment.
About the RoleThis role will provide general support to our Customer Service Hub team. As a CS Intern, you will be responsible for providing clerical support, resolving routine questions and problems, and referring more complex issues to higher levels.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- General support to CSR team members
- Providing administrative support to the team as needed
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer queries
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Degree or university attendance
- Ability to work full-time during the summer period
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Flexibility and adaptability
- High motivation and enthusiasm
- Able to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage
