At Momentive, we are seeking a highly motivated CS Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic international environment.

About the Role

This role will provide general support to our Customer Service Hub team. As a CS Intern, you will be responsible for providing clerical support, resolving routine questions and problems, and referring more complex issues to higher levels.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • General support to CSR team members
  • Providing administrative support to the team as needed
  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues
  • Ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects
  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer queries
Qualifications and Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Degree or university attendance
  • Ability to work full-time during the summer period
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • High motivation and enthusiasm
  • Able to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage
