Job Title: Service Team Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Service Team Manager to lead our team of Service Engineers in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient maintenance and repair of our machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of Service Engineers to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve team efficiency and quality of work.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical, mechatronics, sustainable manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a service or customer-facing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
