Job Title: Junior Project Manager

At Angel, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to support our project management team in the planning, execution, and closure of projects of various types.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior project managers and operational teams to ensure that projects are completed successfully, meeting established deadlines and budgets.
  • Monitor the progress of project activities, checking that budgets are adhered to, updating plans and schedules as necessary, and reporting any problems or delays.
  • Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of reports and analyses to achieve the financial objectives set by the company.
  • Manage and update project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and activity logs.
  • Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and other stakeholders by providing regular project status updates.
  • Participate in the identification and assessment of project risks and contribute to the definition of corrective actions.
  • Produce final reports or lessons learned to capitalize and disseminate findings, solutions, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Management Engineering, Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile).
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Leadership and teamworking skills.
  • Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Good knowledge of software tools (Office package, Microsoft Project, ERP, CRM).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
