Specialist in Meat Counter Operations

Job Requirements:

In Job S.p.A. - Career Center di Verona is seeking a Meat Department Staff Member for a reality operating in the GDO sector.

The main tasks include:

• Cutting and processing meats in accordance with HACCP standards to ensure proper product conservation.
• Using primary work tools (knives, meat slicers).
• Preparing and displaying merchandise at the counter, ensuring the cold chain and proper product layout.
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the role, preferably in supermarkets or food companies.
• Good knowledge of meat types and handling tools.
• Availability to work in shifts from Monday to Sunday.
• Willingness to relocate to different points of sale in the area.

Job Offer Characteristics:

• Contract type: initial contract with a temporary duration, directly with the client company.
• Work location: VIGEVANO (PV).
• Working hours: Part-Time.
