About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Premier Tech, a leading global industrial packaging company. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical service for automated equipment to our customers, installing new parts to optimize existing machines, and performing tests to verify the proper functioning of equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services for automated equipment at customer locations
  • Install and commission new equipment, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with equipment, and implement solutions to resolve problems
  • Train customers on the use and maintenance of their equipment
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement new equipment designs and solutions
  • Participate in the installation of automated equipment with international customer services teams
Requirements
  • Technical training in the field of industrial automation
  • Electrotechnical skills, with the ability to solve mechanical issues when necessary
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
