Business Development Manager, Rome

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a License Owner in Rome. As a License Owner, you will be responsible for bringing the Stranger Soccer brand and business to life in the assigned city.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and secure prime slots at football venues to run Stranger Soccer games, engage in creative sales and marketing efforts to introduce customers to the platform, and oversee a schedule of games to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a small central team (2-3 persons) as well as a few freelance Official Hosts (game hosts) to kick off the operation.
- Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand the Stranger Soccer brand in the assigned market, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements

- Business Acumen: A business background, ideally in management and customer service, with a proven track record of success.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A commitment to owning, driving, and scaling the Stranger Soccer brand in the assigned market.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
