Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead our internal and external project teams in delivering high-quality solutions for customers across the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for empowering teams, aligning with business priorities, and ensuring the successful customization of our cloud-based platform solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop internal technical teams while managing external contractors across EMEA.
  • Identify training needs and implement buddy programs for knowledge-sharing and team growth.
  • Empower teams to develop expertise to meet customer expectations and overcome challenges.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Solid experience managing large development teams for a SaaS provider or integrator.
  • Proven track record of mentoring and managing internal and external technical teams.
