ZTE Italia is seeking an experienced Field Engineer to lead the deployment of our FTTH network in Bologna. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient completion of this project, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Your primary responsibilities will include planning and executing the rollout of our FTTH network, coordinating with field subcontractors, and interacting with customers to track deadlines and manage escalations. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Planning and execution of FTTH network rollout
  • Coordination of on-field activities with subcontractors
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Customer communication and issue resolution

Requirements:

  • University degree in Telecommunication Engineering or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in the TLC industry
  • Knowledge of TELCO networks and FTTH technologies
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
