The Real Estate Project Manager is responsible for managing key milestones, budget, and quality to ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget, and aligned with the company's operational and strategic needs. This includes identifying and assessing expansion opportunities for new warehouses and distribution centers, analyzing the logistics real estate market, and negotiating sales agreements and lease contracts.
Technical Skills
This role requires strong technical skills, including in-depth knowledge of urban planning and building regulations, proven experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6. Additionally, you should have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, zoning plans, and construction documentation.
Soft Skills
The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and strategic decision-making skills. Leadership and experience managing cross-functional teams are also essential. Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior management, are required. Results-oriented and capable of working under pressure, you should be fluent in English (essential for international negotiations, reporting, and supplier management).
