Job DescriptionAbout the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join AWS EMEA SARL (Italy Branch) as a Senior Customer Solutions Manager. As a seasoned professional in cloud computing, you will be responsible for guiding our largest and most complex Italian customers through their multi-year journey to the Cloud.

You will work closely with our AWS teams to ensure effective collaboration and efficient delivery of outcomes for our customers. Your role will be critical in helping our customers navigate the operational, educational, and governance aspects of a successful AWS Cloud journey.

As a key partner to our AWS customers, you will leverage your delivery experience with large-scale transformations to shepherd the customer through their stages of AWS adoption. Your expertise will be essential in driving collaboration between core account groups, product/engineering teams, and customer teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex, large-scale IT/digital/business transformation or migration programs;
  • Develop and implement education plans, roadmap to business outcome alignments, and go-live events and transitions;
  • Interface with AWS customers and AWS leadership to drive collaboration and delivery of customer outcomes;
  • Translate strategic initiatives in the account plan into executable actions, working backwards from our customers' key milestones;
  • Evangelize AWS services and influence customers in adopting them.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading complex, large-scale IT/digital/business transformation or migration programs;
  • Experience in a senior customer-facing role;
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to effectively deliver information to C-suite/VP level;
  • Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills with precise attention to detail;
  • Direct experience implementing AWS/cloud services;
  • Robust understanding of key technology and market trends;
  • AWS Solution Architect Associate certification;
  • Passion for delivering a great customer experience by deploying AWS solutions and inspiring innovation.
