Siamo alla ricerca di un Team Leader Field Business Development per il nostro ufficio di Milano. Il candidato ideale sarà un professionista dinamico e motivato che sia in grado di gestire un team di business developer e di sviluppare nuove opportunità commerciali nel territorio di Milano.

Compiti e responsabilità
  • Gestire un team di business developer e fornire supporto e guida per lo sviluppo di nuove opportunità commerciali.
  • Sviluppare e implementare strategie di marketing e vendita per il territorio di Milano.
  • Collaborare con la Regional Manager per la definizione dello sviluppo strategico del territorio.
  • Monitorare e massimizzare le performance del team e individuare aree di miglioramento.
  • Fornire supporto e assistenza ai commercianti per la gestione delle loro attività.
Requisiti e qualifiche
  • Esperienza di almeno 3 anni come Team Leader o Responsabile di business.
  • Capacità di gestire un team e di fornire supporto e guida ai membri del team.
  • Abilità di comunicazione e negoziazione.
  • Conoscenza del mercato e delle tendenze commerciali.
  • Capacità di lavorare in team e di collaborare con altri dipendenti.
