About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at Hoerbiger. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience, providing timely quotations, and managing projects from definition to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective project management
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop project solutions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Education in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Project management experience, preferably in the oil and gas sector
  • Experience with rotating equipment, including reciprocating compressors and auxiliary equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in SAP tools and other project management software
