Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a clear strategy and objectives for overall sales responsibility, aligned with our sales strategy. This includes:
- Collaborating with our Sales Manager to detail sales strategies and goals for assigned customers;
- Providing accurate inputs for forecasting and operational planning to meet customer needs and optimize business performance;
- Managing prices, commercial conditions, credit lines, exposures, and payments;
- Coordinating cross-functional customer teams and participating in sales projects as needed;
- Sales forecasting, planning, and execution;
- Prospecting, acquiring new customers, and implementing their plans, monitoring actions, managing relationships, and conducting negotiations;
- Collaborating with R&D and Marketing to launch new products at the customer in line with the sales strategy;
- Identifying potential business development opportunities;
- Providing technical assistance on marketed products.
- Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Fluent knowledge of the English language is mandatory;
- Proficiency in the Office package;
- Entrepreneurship and proactivity;
- Willingness to work in teams;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Focus on the customer.
