About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our team in Italy. As a Business Unit CS Controller and Project Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects in accordance with defined scope, time, budget, and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project controlling, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as budget, forecasting, and actual deviations
  • Financial planning and analysis, reporting, and control related to CS projects from a financial perspective
  • Developing and optimizing management reporting and dashboards
  • Providing ad-hoc analysis and reviewing financials

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance/Economics studies
  • Experience in Controlling within a multinational environment, preferably within a project organization
  • Proficient in financial systems, such as SAP and other Business Intelligence tools
  • Fluent in English and preferably also in additional languages such as Italian
  • Great communication and collaboration skills
  • Analytical mindset, precision, and attention to detail in work
  • Goal-oriented approach
