Scientific Informants

Synergie Italia S.p.A. is seeking a Scientific Informant to join their team in the pharmaceutical sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and sponsoring products in their assigned area, as well as achieving set objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in the assigned territory, ensuring regular presence and adherence to the established operational plan.
• Provide healthcare professionals with scientific information on assigned products, in line with the company's marketing and medical direction.
• Analyze and report on the performance of the assigned territory, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Develop a deep understanding of the assigned territory, identifying healthcare professionals interested in receiving scientific information on assigned products.
• Produce regular reports and analyses on the performance of assigned products in the territory.
• Support the organization of events and activities aimed at promoting the company's products, in line with the company's procedures and regulations.
• Organize work activities in line with the company's strategies and objectives.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a scientific discipline (Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, etc.).
• Previous experience in medical science information or as a Product Specialist (3-5 years).
• Excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented approach.
• Residence in the same city as the assigned work area.
• Knowledge of the target market (MMG and Pharmacist) is a plus.
