About the Role:

The Sustainable Energy Compliance Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing all stages of the permitting process from site selection through final approval
  • Ensuring compliance with Italian environmental, zoning, land-use, and energy regulations
  • Developing comprehensive permitting strategies tailored to each project's requirements
  • Coordinating with local, regional, and national authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals
  • Reviewing and verifying all required documentation, including Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs)
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of permits, approvals, and correspondence with regulatory bodies
What We're Looking For:
  • 5 years of experience in permitting, regulatory compliance, or a related role within the renewable energy or construction sector
  • Demonstrable experience managing permitting processes for renewable energy projects in Italy
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Fluency in both Italian and English
