About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in the development of innovative train systems. As a key member of our project engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering electrical engineering deliverables and managing a multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage electrical engineering deliverables for train systems
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects
  • Collaborate with project managers, sourcing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Ensure quality, cost, and delivery of electrical engineering deliverables
  • Manage interfaces with train system, train design, train control, and other teams
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of railways electrical engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in activity/team management
  • Experience with electrical CAD (See One/Catia EHI) and harness integration
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
