A global company is looking for a highly skilled Workday consultant to join their growing HRIS team.
This is a fully remote, permanent role that requires hands-on experience with Workday configuration and implementation.
- ? Location: Remote
- ? Contract: Permanent
- This position involves designing, configuring, and testing business processes in partnership with Workday consultants and internal teams
- You will need to execute core configuration tasks, translate business needs into scalable Workday configurations, and support integration with time clocks and payroll systems
- The ideal candidate will have 4–5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience (Time Tracking & Absence), strong understanding of HR/time/absence business processes and compliance, and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Act as the functional and configuration lead for Workday Time Tracking & Absence
- Design, configure, and test business processes in partnership with Workday consultants and internal teams
- Support integration with time clocks, payroll, and third-party tools
- Lead SIT, UAT, and parallel testing
- Create training documentation and provide user training
- Deliver post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to internal teams
