Job Description:

MainStreaming S.p.A. is seeking a talented Technical Analyst to join its R&D team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for documenting projects, such as web portals and web applications for the management of media contents, as well as CDN side configuration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the design of software applications dedicated for video streaming, collaborating closely with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Ensure the clarity and completeness of documentation.
  • Propose, evaluate, and adopt new technologies to maximize the efficiency of documentation.
  • Deliver and maintain documentation for stakeholders, developers, and customers.
Requirements:
  • Passion for software craftsmanship and documentation.
  • Proactivity and ability to work independently with international peers.
  • Eagerness to learn and improve every day.
  • High degree of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Conversational level of English.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of the Office package (Excel, Visio, Word).
  • Knowledge of UML diagrams or other systems of representation of entities and relationships between entities.
  • Knowledge of documentation software like MediaWiki and Confluence.
  • Good synthesis and schematization skills.
  • Proficiency in technical English.
  • Knowledge of the mechanics underlying the software development cycle.
  • High communication and interpersonal skills.
