Join Our Team as a Senior Consultant

Are you passionate about innovation and growth? Do you want to be part of a dynamic company that values its people? Prometeia is looking for a talented Senior Consultant to join our Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze client companies' operating contexts, historical performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support the realization of economic-financial and patrimonial projections to inform business decisions.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Evaluate the economic value of banking and industrial operators, business units, and portfolios in the context of extraordinary transactions.
  • Draft functional documents and expert opinions to support commercial development and transactions.
  • Prepare estimation models and quantitative analysis on economic-financial and equity aspects.
  • Utilize software and data provider platforms to support valuation analysis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, financial, or management engineering with high honors.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the industry.
  • Knowledge of the local banking and financial sector.
  • Fluency in English, with a second foreign language a plus.
