We are a leading provider of tax-free shopping services, and we are seeking an experienced Downtown Refunding Expert to join our team.

**Salary:** The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000.

**Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for verifying and refunding Tax Free Forms to international travelers. Your primary goal will be to ensure a satisfactory experience for our customers while preventing refunding mistakes and fraud.

You will also be required to prepare reports as needed and observe Global Blue and Merchant's policies, guidelines, and procedures.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Number of refunded transactions

- Refunding mistake ratio

**Reporting and Collaboration:

- Reporting line: Downtown Manager

- You will mainly cooperate with peers at same and other Refund/Downtown Points, Quality Assurance, Processing, Refund & Security Manager, Merchants' staff, and Sales organization.

**Background and Education:

- A university degree is required.

- Experience in face-to-face customer contact, managing tills, airport, retail, or front office experience, and customer service experience are highly valued.

- Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in Chinese, Russian, Arabic, or other languages may be beneficial.

**Specific Skills and Knowledge:

- You must be dedicated to service and customer satisfaction.

- Proficiency in using office software and handling large amounts of cash is necessary.

- A clean criminal record and ability to handle stress are mandatory.

- Being a good team player, flexible with working hours, and having previous working experience are desirable traits.
