Responsibilities:- Project Leadership:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the Water Treatment Plant engineering project, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, driving excellence in project delivery.
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Romanian engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal team performance and project outcomes.
- Technical Expertise:
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of Water Treatment within industry standards, regulations, and best practices to guide engineering design and implementation.
- Stay abreast of industry advancements and technological innovations, incorporating them into project strategies.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks in projects and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry protocols.
- Client Collaboration:
- Engage with clients to understand project requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and positive referrals.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering).
- Proven experience in engineering management within the Oil & Gas industry or preferred with focus on the Water Treatment.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Extensive knowledge of industry codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with advanced engineering software and modeling tools is an asset. Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies in Water Treatment is also desirable.
