To achieve this goal, we are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Operator to join our team in Verona. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our workshop and providing top-notch service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock and manage inventory of components and spare parts
- Identify and assess parts to be repaired or replaced
- Dismantle, clean, and inspect parts for damage or wear
- Draw up detailed lists of parts to be replaced or repaired
- Perform rework and assembly tasks using machine tools and equipment
- Conduct quality control checks on test benches
- Prepare and dispatch appraisal sheets to customers
- Pack and ship parts to customers
- Report to the workshop manager and participate in team meetings
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a mechanical assembly or repair environment
- Strong reading and comprehension skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
- Proficiency in using machine tools and equipment
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to continuously learn and improve skills
- Proficiency in using Windows office software
