Aptar Italia, a leading company in the packaging market with operations in the Beauty segment, is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Human Resources Coordinator.

  • Support the HR team in daily activities, including selection processes, training, onboarding, performance appraisals, employee data management, and mandatory communications.
  • Manage employee requests and provide them with the necessary support.
  • Participate in the planning and organization of HR activities, such as company events and vacation monitoring.
  • Process accurate information and reports that support the management team.
  • Provide administrative support for all activities and updating of HR organizational documents.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong aptitude for teamwork and a keen interest in human resources.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in humanities, economics, or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
