Assistant Brand Activation Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Brand Activation Manager to support the growth of Pringles in the Italian market. As a key member of our Italian Marketing Team, you will be responsible for executing the yearly marketing plan with excellence, focusing on omni-channel consumer and shopper marketing plans. Your role will involve reviewing the plan’s effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.

A Day in the Life

  • Execute Marketing Plans - You will execute the yearly marketing plan, ensuring alignment with our brand’s objectives and reviewing its effectiveness.
  • Shape Future Strategies - You will work closely with our team to shape future strategies for Pringles in the Italian Salty Snack category, focusing on creating customer amplification plans in-store.
  • Data Analysis - You will manage Sell in/Sell out data analysis for Kellanova and key competitors, providing insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Market Share Performance - You will be accountable for market share performance and evaluation of initiatives you are directly responsible for, taking ownership of the below-the-line budget and reviewing investments and ROI to drive continuous improvement.
  • Commercial Initiatives and Launches - You will be directly involved in commercial initiatives and new launches management, ensuring successful execution and monitoring of their impact.
  • Stakeholder Communication - You will serve as the direct point of contact for core brands with internal and external stakeholders, working closely with the EMEA activation team to align messaging and objectives.

Requirements

  • Brand Enthusiast - You will have a passion for brands and bringing them to life across Italy, with a strong understanding of the Italian market and consumer behavior.
  • Marketing Experience - You will have experience in marketing/activation roles, preferably in the FMCG industry, with a focus on results-driven approaches and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Strategic Thinker - You will possess a strategic mindset, able to identify future opportunities and influence plans to drive business growth.
  • Language Skills - You will be fluent in both Italian and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
