Quality Assurance Manager

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the management of non-quality events, ensuring qualification and validation processes meet regulatory and internal standards, and maintaining data integrity across all operations and projects. You'll also provide GMP oversight to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while balancing phase appropriateness in development projects. In addition, you'll foster a culture of continuous improvement and a quality mindset throughout the organization, supporting the growth and development of team members, promoting collaboration across various functions, and driving initiatives to enhance processes and outcomes.

Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacy, or equivalent
• 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 3 years of experience in managerial roles
• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and quality management systems
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor team members
• Fluent in spoken and written English (second language as French or German as a plus)
• Previous experience in complex organizations and international networks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
