About the Role

We seek an experienced Product Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our Industrial Sustainability Department. As a key member of the team, you will ensure strict compliance with international regulatory standards and the company's internal sustainability requirements across various product lines.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis on international regulations to identify new compliance constraints for product import and commercialization.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance of raw materials and finished products with international regulations and Prada Group's internal standards.
  • Manage external analysis laboratories, including evaluating reports and managing samples for testing.
  • Maintain oversight of analysis protocols and monitor the supply chain for compliance verification.
  • Collaborate effectively with departments such as Leather Goods, Footwear, RTW, and Home, as well as liaise with other companies within the Group to synchronize activities and standardize documentation.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Master's degree in chemistry, engineering, natural science, or similar field.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in product compliance, preferably in Leather Goods, Footwear, RTW, Accessories, or Home Collection sectors.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes.
  • Ability to manage complex regulatory frameworks in a fast-paced production company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English language (verbal and written).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Location and Salary

This role is based in Tuscany, requiring occasional travel. The estimated salary for this position is around €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
