Position Overview:
Corporate Information Technology Analyst - Internship
The selected candidate will join a project team tasked with enhancing HR processes, configuring systems, and ensuring accurate data collection and validation. Responsibilities will also include developing reports and providing training and support to internal stakeholders within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in gathering business requirements and maintain project documentation;
- Assist in the deployment of IT solutions that support HR functions, particularly with Oracle HCM, Cloud, and Zucchetti Infinity;
- Collaborate with the team on system configurations, approval of deliverables, and testing phases;
- Aid in verifying that the implemented solutions meet business requirements;
- Contribute to the creation of training materials and facilitate training sessions for users;
- Support KPI definition and develop HR reporting models while monitoring cost-benefit outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics (preferably recent graduates);
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level);
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite;
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM is a plus.

- Organizational skills and methodical approach.
This internship, lasting six months, will be conducted at the headquarters in Cesena. A reimbursement for expenses and meal vouchers will be provided.
