YOUR FUTURE ROLE
We are seeking a driven, inquisitive, and proactive individual to join our Operations Plant.
As a Finishing Production Engineer, you will initially assist the Head of the Automated Finishing Area in improving departmental performance through the analysis of key performance indicators. This role will allow you to gradually take charge of managing the reporting system and analyzing production data (including efficiency, quality, lead time, etc.), while also developing essential managerial skills for overseeing a complex production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection: Employ SAP for efficient data gathering.
- Data Analysis: Interpret and evaluate production outcomes.
- Reporting: Present analytical findings to production management.
- Support Management Activities:
- Model scheduling across multiple production lines.
- Analyze job allocation and improvement opportunities.
- Implement Lean Methodologies on a daily basis.
- Coordination: Collaborate with various area managers to enhance production flow.
- Collaboration: Work closely with departments related to production, including Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Health Safety & Environment, Human Resources, and Controlling.
- Improvement Initiatives: Identify actions to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and productivity benchmarks.
