Global Talent Acquisition Director

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for spearheading our global recruitment strategy, identifying top-tier talent across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Recruitment Strategy: Design and implement scalable, effective global talent acquisition strategies to attract world-class talent across regions and functions.
  • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing recruitment team. Guide them to success while managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all key hires.
  • Employer Branding: Strengthen our employer brand on a global scale, ensuring it is recognized as an employer of choice in every market.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand business needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process, ensuring our company is building teams that reflect our values and the communities we serve.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Develop KPIs and track the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies. Use data to optimize recruiting processes and achieve continuous improvement.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish, reflecting our company values and culture.
  • Market Intelligence: Be up-to-date with global hiring trends, talent market shifts, and innovative recruiting practices to be ahead in a competitive landscape.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment leadership role, preferably in a global capacity.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, processes, and technology.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships across cultures and geographies.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to drive improvements.
