We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Abbiategrasso, Milan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing financial analyses and preparing accurate reports. They will also assist in other financial research projects and analyze operational results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to HQ's monthly closing schedule.
  2. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements and reports.
  3. Account Reconciliations: Prepare monthly BS accounts reconciliations as needed.
  4. Subsidiary Accounts: Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
  5. Inter-company Eliminations: Perform inter-company eliminations and reconciliations.
  6. Schedule Design: Design schedules on MS Excel to be used in the corporate accounting/consolidations process.
  7. Analyses Preparation: Prepare various analyses including Cap-Ex, depreciation, EBITDA, Cash Flow, price/volume analysis.
  8. Budget and Forecast: Prepare annual budget and forecast.
  9. Journal Entries: Prepare journal entries and accruals, managing Global AR for Key Accounts and local AP's.
  10. Familiarity with Laws: Good exposure to FX and tax laws at a global level.
  11. Audit Assistance: Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances.
  12. Audit Support: Assist with financial and tax audits.
